- (1) Getting Help
- ============

- You can refer to the Help file from wherever you are in the product,
- by pressing the F1 key on your keyboard. The Help will relate to
- whichever section you are currently in.

- (2) Problems with the Video
- =======================
-
- [a] Video does not play.
-
- Ensure that Microsoft Video for Windows (TM) and Intel Indeo R4.1
- drivers are installed by doing the following.
-
- Start Windows 95 (TM).
- Click on 'Start'
- Click on 'Settings'
- Click on 'Control Panel'
- Double-click on the 'Multimedia' icon.
- Click on the tab called 'Advanced'.
-
- The screen should show a list of Multimedia Devices.
- Click on the '+' symbol next to 'Media Control Devices'.
- There should be an item called 'Motion Video Device'.
- Highlight this item and click on the 'Properties' button.
-
- 'Use this Media Control Device' should be selected.
-
- Click on 'OK' to return to the 'Multimedia Devices' list.
- Click on the '+' symbol beside Video Compression Codecs. There should
- be an an item listed called 'Indeo(R) video interactive R4.1 by Intel'.
- If either or both of the above items are not present, install them from
- the CD-ROM by doing the following:
-
- Click on 'Start' and then 'Run'.
- Type D:\INSTALL\INDEO41\INSTALL.EXE

- ( If you are not using D as your CD-ROM drive, replace D with the
- appropriate letter.)

- (3) Running the Product on a Minimum Specification Machine
- ======================================================

- Video may be jerky and audio may stutter slightly when used on
- minimum specification machines. Screen transitions and responses
- to mouse actions may be slow.
